#6 Guns of August, this just came out before the Cuban Missile Crisis and JFK had just read it - and good thing for us he did.

#7 Powerdown, I wish I hadn't read it most of the time. It is a hard issue to deal with.

Most of those are books more people need to read. There is a lot at stake, we are on thin ice and it is melting.
